So, it's the start of a new year and it's time for you to ask yourself, 'What do I want to have achieved with my health and fitness by the time this year is over?' It may fall into any one of the health categories - physical, mental, emotional, nutritional, spiritual.
Once you have this figured out, and written down, discuss this with your personal trainer so that together, you can formulate a plan to achieve these goals! Make them challenging, yet achievable, and remember to keep records of your progress.
Having set goals written down, as well as verbalising them with someone else, goes a long way to ensuring that you are committed to achieving your goals!
