Whatever your fitness goals, they will be catered to with Bring Back Health and Fitness. Catering to all fitness levels, sessions range from resistance training through to skill specific sessions, with all sessions tailored to meet individual specific needs and goals.

SEMI-PRIVATE COACHING
Have some family members, friends or co-workers that you want to improve your health and fitness with? Our semi-private coaching is for you. Form your ‘team’ of superstars that will help create a fun, motivating and successful environment to train in.
You get to pick the location (on Brisbane’s Southside) where your success will begin, and participate in structured programs that will help you achieve not only individual goals, but collective goals too.

MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage, a great way to recover from exercise and daily life so that you can get the most out of your body. We have treatments that include deep tissue, trigger point therapy and sports massage.
